Prices, extra charges and when a price can change

Our prices

You see the price of your journey before you book, and that is the price you pay for the journey you booked. It already includes any road tolls on the route. We do not add a booking fee.

When the price can change

Your price only changes if:

• you change the journey — for example a new destination, an extra stop or a different pickup time or ride type. We show you the new price before you accept it;
• the driver waits for you. Waiting is free for the first [free waiting minutes for your ride type] minutes after your driver arrives. After that it costs [per-minute rate] a minute until you get in. The waiting time is measured by the app from the driver's arrival;
• you cancel late or do not travel. If you cancel after [cancellation window], or the driver waits and you do not travel, a fee of [cancellation fee / no-show fee] applies.

Other charges

We do not add charges for parking, airport drop-off or pick-up, meeting you at the airport or anything else. If a charge like this is ever introduced, we will publish it here first and show it in your price before you book.
